How Does It Work?
When you subscribe to the Pin Club you will automatically be charged monthly and will get an order confirmation through our store. You will get a Pin Club package every month you are subscribed that will be delivered straight to your door! You can cancel at anytime and you will still receive the last month that you have paid for.
When Will I Be Charged?
You will be charged automatically on the same day every month and can cancel at any time. You are charged the month ahead so, for example, if you sign up in November your first package will be the December pin pack.
When Will I Get My Pins?
Shipping happens in the first week each month. Shipping takes about a week for US and Canada, and up to 4 weeks for International, baring any postal delays or outages. So in most cases you should receive your pin package by the end of the month.
How Do I Update My Shipping Address?
If you are moving to a new address and need to update it please send a message or email to us.
How Do I Unsubscribe?
To cancel your subscription please contact Geek Studio at contact@geekstudio.ca. We will reply and cancel within 48 hours.
